User damage does not fall under warranty.
Please note; You will receive a voucher to use in our webshop. The amount corresponds with your purchase value.
We want to offer customers the best experience possible. Therefore we aim to handle your claim within a week. But we’ll always try to be quicker!

How to handle a warranty claim
You don’t have to send us your umbrella if something if there is a defect. For this reason, we will also not reimburse the costs of return. Please fill in the contact form below. You can use the image on this page to inform us where the issue occurs. We will contact you as soon as possible!
Please address your reseller if you didn’t purchase the umbrella on www.senz.com. Our resellers are informed about our warranty.
Please note that the warranty period of 2 years starts on the date of your purchase and this 2 year period does not reset, when you receive a voucher for a replacing Senz° umbrella.
