To save paper, we have created an online manual for our products.

Keep the long side down when you open and close the senzº umbrella. Is it stormy outside? Then point the short side of the umbrella towards the wind.
Please follow the specific instructions in our online user manual for opening and closing your senz° umbrella.

Thanks to its unique shape, your senz° will float through the wind while you hold it firmly in just one hand.

Hold your senz° with the short side facing the wind. If the wind is at your back? Hold your senz° umbrella on your shoulders.

Folding your senz° umbrella is very simple. We are more than happy to explain to you how it's done:

1. Make sure the senz° label of the canopy is on top so you have a flap on both sides.
2. Fold the flaps over each other away from the label. The flap with the Velcro straps must be on top.
3. Roll the Velcro straps around your senz° and put your umbrella in its sleeve.

The senzº umbrellas come with a UV50+ protective layer. This means that more than 98% of the UV rays are blocked. You can use your senzº as a sunshade to prevent you from a sunburn. In addition, we recommend you use sunblock.

To keep your senzº in top condition, leave it open to dry fully before storing it in the supplied sleeve. This lengthens the lifespan of your umbrella considerably.

Keep your senzº umbrella safe in the sleeve when not in use. The canopy and other parts of the umbrella are protected by the sleeve against damage and lengthens the lifespan of your umbrella. Store your senzº in the sleeve when the canopy is fully dry.

troubleshooting & warranty

Although our products are carefully checked before being packed and shipped from the Netherlands, small product flaws may still occur. Fortunately, you can fix most of them yourself. If that’s not the case, we’re always delighted to find a solution together.

If your umbrella has a production fault, you can return it for a free repair within two years of purchase, or three years if you’ve registered your umbrella. Your umbrella, together with your proof of purchase can be sent to us by using our return form. If you have any questions regarding our warranty policy, please send an email to care@senz-umbrellas.com.

Check which part you need. Complete the spare parts request form. After you have submitted the form, we will send you the spare part.

All senzº products come with a standard two-year warranty. However, if you register your senzº umbrella we will extend your warranty for an additional one year. If you have further questions regarding our warranty, please send an email to care@senz-umbrellas.com.

Visit our product registration page and enter the requested information to register your product for an additional year of warranty.

As happens with many quality brands, senz° umbrellas are sometimes counterfeited and or brought into the market unauthorized. Obviously, these products do not meet the quality and safety requirements that senz° requires from its products.

As you will understand, such products are not covered by the warranty and service conditions of senz°. Also, these products cannot be sent for repair to the official senz° dealer.

Although such products are difficult to recognize from the real products, the price is a good indication. Original senz° umbrellas are available from € 49.90. If a (web) store offers you a senz° umbrella for a considerably lower price, there is a high risk that it is an imitation or unauthorized product.

In addition, you can easily check whether the (web) store which is offering the product is an official senz° dealer. Click here for an overview of the senz° dealers.

Obviously senz° is doing everything in its power to prevent imitation products and or unauthorized sales of its products. Unfortunately, this is not possible in all cases.

Orders can be easily paid up front with iDeal, MisterCash, Payconiq, GiroPay, MyBank creditcard, PayPal or Apple Pay.

shipping & delivery

After your order has been shipped, we send you an e-mail containing detailed tracking information.

Orders placed on workdays before 15:00 (CET) will be shipped the same day. UPS and DPD strives to deliver your package within a few working days. You will be informed by e-mail about the schedule of the delivery. Upon delivery and receipt of the package you will need to sign for it.

UPS or DPD informs you via e-mail about your scheduled delivery. In the event of an inconvenient delivery, you can reschedule or have the package delivered at your neighbour or a parcel shop.

All products are picked, packed and shipped from The Netherlands.

Delivery costs are clearly indicated in the shopping basket before you proceed to checkout to complete your order.

return & exchanges

To return your umbrella, please use our return form and send us the unused products, in their original gift box, within 14 days of the purchase date. We will issue a credit note and refund your purchase within 8 days of receiving the products.

Exchanging an umbrella for a different colour or umbrella type is not possible. However, within 14 days of purchase, you can return your umbrella and we will issue a refund. You can then order a different umbrella in our webshop.
