All senz° umbrellas come with a 2 year no-nonsense warranty and our other senz° products with a 6 month no-nonsense warranty. This means you will receive a voucher for the replacement of your senz° product, if it shows production defects within the warranty period and if it is purchased at our webshop. Simply follow the steps of our warranty guide and we will take care of your claim as soon as possible. Please note that you require a proof of purchase.
